I noticed if I destroy a building, some ressources are left on the ground, like this one here:
Can this been collected or removed over time ?

Those “Outdoor Piles” as we call them are part of your economy and the resources in them will be used. You should watch them get carried away over time, in this case to another guard tower.

Ah I see, might be that I no longer can expand my area. I guess that’s why. Thanks for clarification
